Who operates this website
Speritas Digital LLC, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, UAE, operates this website. For privacy enquiries, email legal@speritasdigital.com.
Information and how it is used
The website provides company information and a preview catalogue. We have not added advertising pixels, embedded social feeds, general enquiry forms or customer accounts. Fonts and images are served with the site.
The hosting and security services necessarily process technical information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and connection time, to deliver and protect the website.
If you choose to email us, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, name, message and attachments. We use it to respond, manage the enquiry and maintain relevant business records. Email links open your chosen email application; they do not submit information directly through this website.
Email updates
When you enter your email address, tick the consent box and select Subscribe, you join the active list immediately. We record your email address, consent wording version, signup page and signup time to manage occasional Speritas product, publication and company updates. We do not collect a phone number or require a separate email confirmation.
We use Cloudflare D1 to store the subscriber register and Resend to deliver a welcome email. The register is kept separately for Speritas and is not automatically merged with another venture’s contacts. Only active subscribers who provided consent may receive updates. Incomplete requests from the previous confirmation process are removed during routine cleanup after 30 days.
Use the unsubscribe link in your emails to stop updates. We keep a limited suppression record to prevent further sending, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact legal@speritasdigital.com for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit repeated signup attempts; raw IP addresses are not stored in our subscriber register.
Service providers and international processing
We use hosting, security, Resend email delivery, optional Google Analytics and Google Workspace email services to operate the website, manage subscriptions and handle correspondence. Those providers may process information in countries outside the UAE under their service arrangements. We do not sell enquiry information.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, Publishing and book interest, successful signup submissions, contact-link clicks and referrals to XMO Works. Google processes technical and usage information, including browser and device information, cookie identifiers and approximate location. Our events exclude subscriber email addresses, message content and newsletter management tokens. Page URLs sent by our code omit query strings and fragments, and referring URLs are reduced to their website origin.
We use analytics to improve content and navigation. Google advertising signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website configuration. Analytics is optional and separate from email-update consent: declining does not prevent browsing or subscribing. You can accept or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future measurement from this browser; it does not erase previously collected data. For information about Google’s processing, see Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
We remember your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Before acceptance, our code does not load Google Analytics or send analytics events. If accepted, Google Analytics uses first-party _ga cookies configured with a maximum lifetime of 180 days without renewal on each visit. Declining removes those cookies. Your browser settings may shorten storage periods. Essential access or security functions provided by the hosting platform may use their own cookies. External websites have separate policies.
Retention and requests
We retain correspondence for the enquiry and any related business-record or legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Requests are considered under applicable law and any necessary recordkeeping obligations.
External links and changes
XMO Works and any other external website are separate destinations. Review their notices before sharing information. We will update this notice if website features or data handling change, including before adding new forms or checkout.
